How’s a girl supposed to react when she finds out that her former boyfriend is actually… gay???

My friend (name withheld, hehe!) was mortified to find out only yesterday that her last boyfriend ay isa rin palang anak ni Eba. She’s only recently started feeling upbeat and optimistic again after their break up early this year and suddenly this. Parang pinaglaruan daw sya ng tadhana! Who would’ve thought that that tall, dark, handsome, clean cut hunk of a guy would turn out to be a kafatid?! Insensitive as I may sound, I couldn’t help but laugh after she told me. Maybe it was a blessing in disguise that their relationship lasted only for as long as it did before he finally realized that he was more interested in curling her hair and borrowing her make up than being lovey-dovey with her. But I do understand why she feels so confounded by the news. Who wouldn’t?

Sigh… Life’s so full of surprises.
