As a stay-at-home mom, what I hate about...
- laundry is the folding and putting clothes away.
- feeding my child is the washing, sterilizing and putting the bottles and teats together again.
- picking up after my son is that I'm continuously doing it.
- cooking is cleaning up the mess I leave behind.
- fighting with a toddler is that I never win.
- watching my son's cartoons is that I remember the songs and they play on loop in my mind.
- changing diapers is that it never stops.
- being a stay-at-home mom is that my time is no longer my own.
HOWEVER, the BEST part of it all is that I get to spend precious moments watching my son grow, in so many ways, right before my eyes.

ReplyDeleteHi, Yellow Bells and welcome to my blog! :) I know I'm lucky to be a stay-at-home mom but I do hope to start working again soon. It's difficult to balance work and family life but if you can do it well, you're a lucky woman!
