I hate this part

As a stay-at-home mom, what I hate about...
  • laundry is the folding and putting clothes away.
  • feeding my child is the washing, sterilizing and putting the bottles and teats together again.
  • picking up after my son is that I'm continuously doing it.
  • cooking is cleaning up the mess I leave behind.
  • fighting with a toddler is that I never win.
  • watching my son's cartoons is that I remember the songs and they play on loop in my mind.
  • changing diapers is that it never stops.
  • being a stay-at-home mom is that my time is no longer my own.

HOWEVER,  the BEST part of it all is that I get to spend precious moments watching my son grow, in so many ways, right before my eyes.

  1. hi candyQ, bloghop from wits and nuts to here. your lucky to be a stay-home-mom i always dream of that. I am a working mom and work never finish when i get home. Still I am happy as I get to earn my own money as well as take care of my family however its really tiring but its worth it.

  2. Hi, Yellow Bells and welcome to my blog! :) I know I'm lucky to be a stay-at-home mom but I do hope to start working again soon. It's difficult to balance work and family life but if you can do it well, you're a lucky woman!
